Key Skills

I provide impartial reviews and audits including domestic homicide reviews (DHRs) and serious case reviews (SCRs). I evaluate services, projects and methods of multi-agency working. I also undertake independent research and report writing.

I am a member of the Department for Education’s pool of analytical associates, an associate with Action for Children and a member of the Church of England’s associate network of safeguarding professionals.

My key skills include:

−   Writing clear, concise guidance for publication by government

−   Analysing and evaluating services to identify good practice

−   Making recommendations and setting out a clear way forward

−   Developing partnerships and consulting across groups, professionals, agencies and departments

−   Managing projects within time and budget

I have a number of experienced associates with whom I work when undertaking larger commissions and projects.
